Policy Guidelines

1. Prohibited Activities

Users of our ERP and School Management systems are prohibited from:

  • Data Misuse: Entering fraudulent records, pirated content, or malicious code into the system.
  • System Stress: Running unauthorized automated stress tests or "crawlers" that degrade performance for other institutions using our multi-tenant SaaS environment.
  • Harassment: Using communication modules within the software to send offensive, defamatory, or threatening messages to students, staff, or third parties.

2. Data Privacy & Content

  • Sensitive Information: Users must comply with local data protection laws (e.g., IT Act, GDPR) when storing student or employee records. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to store the data you enter.
  • Offensive Content: AasiaWeb reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be hosting or distributing intentionally offensive or discriminatory material through our platforms.

3. Security Violations

Any attempt to "hack", "crack", or bypass our security infrastructure, or to utilize services not explicitly contracted for, will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

4. Service Performance

To ensure optimal performance for all schools and enterprises, AasiaWeb reserves the right to throttle or limit API requests or data processing tasks that consume an unreasonable amount of system resources or deviate from standard usage patterns.
