Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service

AasiaWeb provides custom software development, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, and School Management SaaS platforms. These services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service with or without notice.

2. Intellectual Property & Usage

• Custom Software: Ownership of custom-developed code is governed by individual project contracts signed between AasiaWeb and the client.
• SaaS/ERP Platforms: AasiaWeb grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our proprietary software. Users may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our systems.
• Illegal Use: Services must be used for lawful purposes only. Storage or transmission of data violating intellectual property, trade secrets, or privacy laws is strictly prohibited.

3. Payment & Subscription

• Fees: Payments for SaaS subscriptions or ERP implementation must be made by the due date specified in your invoice.
• Suspension: Failure to pay will result in the suspension of access to the platform. AasiaWeb is not liable for data loss or business disruption resulting from such suspensions.
• Refunds: All payments for software licenses, subscriptions, and development services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a project contract.

4. System Integrity & Security

Any attempt to bypass security, gain unauthorized access to other clients' data (multi-tenancy breach), or overload the system via automated scripts is strictly prohibited. While we implement rigorous security measures, the client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

5. Liability & Indemnity

AasiaWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from the use of our software. Clients agree to indemnify AasiaWeb against claims resulting from their specific use of the software.
